鲜花大厅 was built in 2003, conveniently next to 埃文斯共用. This residence hall is named in honor of the family of Board Member Duane Flowers.
Located on the horizon side of campus, 鲜花大厅 is home to 180 freshman students spread throughout the four floors with students from a variety of majors, 体育, and cultural backgrounds. The first and third floors of Flowers house male students, and the second and fourth floors house female students. The rooms are a made-up of two-person bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom in between two rooms, along with a handful of three-person rooms with a private bathroom. Flowers has stairs and a fully-functional elevator to transport students to upper floors. Each resident of Lindenwood University in Flowers is provided with an extra-long twin bed frame, 床垫, three-drawer dresser, 桌子上, 椅子和壁橱.
On the main floor of Flowers, there is a comfortable lounge furnished with couches, 表, 椅子, 一台微波炉, 和一个大屏幕电视, 非常适合用餐, 研究, or gaming tournaments. In addition to the lounge, there is a laundry facility on the first floor. Students are allowed to have mini-fridges in their rooms, as well as one microwave per room (700 watts or less). Any additional furniture a resident wishes to bring into their room that compromises the shared space between roommates must be approved by the Residential Community Coordinator over Flowers hall.
Flowers is complete with all the modern amenities such as air conditioning, 新的无线网络, and has several handicap accessible certified rooms.
Flowers is conveniently located near the Lou Brock Sports Complex, Spellmann Campus Center, 埃文斯共用, 田野的房子, Harlen C. 猎人体育场，J。. Scheidegger Center for the Arts, and the Hyland Arena/training room.
